I am a web & graphic designer, food blogger, musician, and foodie who loves to eat and cook. I love to indulge at times, and other times I like to eat on the healthy side. I believe we can have healthy diets WITH moderation and WITHOUT deprivation. The best way to do that is by eating food that is naturally healthy and delicious, not by using low-on-flavor, low fat ingredients. In my blog you will find some indulgent food (not even trying to be healthy) as well as some low-calorie and nutritious food.
